If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items with a prior written approval for a prompt refund or exchange. Please contact us first to get a written approval. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, less any shipping cost on any item that is in new condition (i.e. never been installed) and in the original box and packing. Within 30 days of purchase full refunds will be given, if an item is returned used or installed, it will be subject of a 25% restocking fee and the balance of your payment will be returned to you. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Once a fan or light has been installed and in the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact us to arrange the exchange of the item. We can not be held responsable for any installation cost, yet they will not be cover by the manufatures warranty.
We will gladly exchange any product in new conditions (i.e. never been installed). However the customer will be responsible for shipping of products been sent out, as well as send back to us for exchage.
